We are very pleased to announce that our Spring Seminar will be held in Reading on 4th March 2009 on the subject of “Thinking Ahead…Upgrade & Integration” aimed at CCTV Managers, Police Authorities, IT Heads, Local Education Authority (LEA) Managers, University/College, NHS and Hospital Trust Security and Facility Managers. The event (free to registered delegates) will take place at the De Vere Wokefield Park in Reading on Wednesday 4th March from 09.00 to 16.30 and includes a complimentary buffet lunch. During the seminar there will be opportunities for delegates to network and view the exhibitions and speak with the exhibitors who will be displaying their products and services.

Additionally, we are staging a private dinner the evening of 3rd March 2009, to allow delegates to meet with exhibitors in a relaxed atmosphere before the more formal presentations the following day. For delegates only, we are offering a special subsidised rate of £85 (ususal price £150) for bed, breakfast and dinner on the evening of 3rd March 2009. If you would like accommodation, MSC will make the booking for you on request.

As the De Vere Wokefield Park Hotel boasts a PGA standard golf course set in it’s 250 acre grounds, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a golf event on 3rd March 2009 during the day prior to the Seminar. The event will commence at 11am at the venue with refreshments on arrival. There will then be an individual Stableford golf tournament ending up back at the 19th hole for an approximate 4pm finish. We will then be presenting awards for the winners at our private networking dinner being hosted at Wokefield Park on the evening of 3rd March 2009.

If you are not a golf fan, you can indulge yourself with a treatment at the Wokefield Park’s fabulous spa facilities or take a relaxing dip in the pool and jacuzzi.
