“Risk & Reward - Getting the Balance Right by Driving Efficiency”
In the current financial crisis, it is essential organisations, including local authorities, are well prepared to meet the challenges ahead to save capital and revenue costs at every opportunity. The Government will be looking at recovering lost treasury savings; now is the time to prepare for these inevitable budgetary cuts to ensure we are not caught out.
Throughout the day there will be presentations from speakers who will deal with the issues CCTV and Security Managers face in the current financial crisis and explore how to invest money wisely on cost effective solutions and make the most of your resources.
This event is being staged at the Gosforth Park Marriott Hotel in Newcastle between 09.00 and 16.30 with a complimentary buffet lunch. During the Seminar, there will be opportunities for delegates to network with other delegates, speakers and the exhibitors who will have their equipment on display and who will be showing how their products and services may assist in the objectives of this Seminar.
Speakers confirmed so far for this event are:
- Dr Mike Carter - University of Exeter
- DCI Mick Neville - Metroploitan Police
- Garry Parkins & Geoff Teale - National Policing Improvement Agency
