Putting The National CCTV Strategy Into Practice
Since the National CCTV Strategy was published in October 2007, organisations, especially local authorities have been endeavouring to interpret and adopt its recommendations. The Strategy recognises increased effectiveness can be achieved using well equipped town centre CCTV schemes to also monitor other large public areas such as railway stations, shopping centres, retail parks, sports stadiums etc. This seminar is designed to inform other local authorities, education establishments and public service organisations how joining a service provision can lead to huge effectiveness and achieve greater results.
This event is being staged in Bristol at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel between 09.00 and 16.30 with a complimentary buffet lunch. During the Seminar, there will be opportunities for delegates to network with other delegates, speakers and the exhibitors who will have their equipment on display and who will be showing how their products and services may assist in the objectives of this Seminar.
As this event is FREE to invited delegates, it is anticipated that the places will be quickly oversubscribed. We would therefore suggest you make an early response if you would like to attend. To register for the event, please contact us
During the day on 8th March 2010, there will be an opportunity to visit the Bristol City Council Control Room at an Open Day and meet with Gordon McLanaghan and his team to see how the National CCTV Strategy is being put into practice by working with other Councils and organisations. If you would like to book in for the Open Day to visit the Control Room, please let us know and we will arrange the visit for you.
Additionally, we are staging a private dinner on the evening of 8th March 2010 to allow delegates to meet with exhibitors in a relaxed atmosphere before the more formal presentations the following day.
